7. Service Interruption / Force Majeure
Because this is a private service that depends on communication, scheduling, internet access, and availability, sessions or deliverables may occasionally need to be rescheduled or delayed due to circumstances outside either party’s control.
This may include, but is not limited to, hurricanes, severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, internet outages, medical emergencies, family emergencies, platform outages, or other events that make it unreasonable or impossible to proceed as scheduled.
If this occurs, the affected session or deliverable will be rescheduled or completed as soon as reasonably possible. No client will lose paid access or paid session time due to a legitimate service interruption.
Hurricane / Severe Weather Notice
If a hurricane, evacuation order, power outage, or severe weather event affects availability, communication, or scheduled sessions, clients will be notified as soon as possible and any affected sessions will be rescheduled.
