Refund & Cancellation Policy
Overview
Angelina Borak provides private relationship strategy, pattern analysis, diagnostic sessions, and advisory services.
Because this work involves reserved time, preparation, private review, written materials, and individualized strategic guidance, all purchases are subject to the policies below.
By purchasing a session, audit, private program, or continued work package, you agree to these terms.
Relationship Pattern Audit
The Relationship Pattern Audit is a private diagnostic offer that includes a pre-session questionnaire, a 75-minute private strategy call, a written Relationship Pattern Map, and a next-step recommendation.
Refunds
Because this offer includes private preparation and individualized review, Relationship Pattern Audit payments are non-refundable once any of the following has occurred:
- the questionnaire has been submitted
- the session has been scheduled
- private review or preparation has begun
- the strategy call has taken place
If you purchase the audit and do not complete the questionnaire, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Approval is not guaranteed and will depend on whether preparation or administrative processing has already begun.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your Relationship Pattern Audit call with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations, missed calls, or no-shows may be forfeited unless there is an emergency or service interruption covered under the policy below.
The Partnership Shift
The Partnership Shift is a private 12-week advisory experience. Enrollment is by application or invitation and includes private strategic support, relationship structure work, client portal access, onboarding materials, and scheduled private sessions.
Refunds
Enrollment in The Partnership Shift is a commitment to the full private experience.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Because space, preparation, and private support are reserved once enrollment is complete, refunds are not provided for:
- change of mind
- failure to complete onboarding
- missed sessions
- delays caused by client availability
- choosing not to continue
- lack of participation
- dissatisfaction with relationship outcome
- changes in the relationship outside Angelina Borak’s control
Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for completing onboarding steps, attending scheduled sessions, communicating honestly, and participating in the work.
This work requires active reflection, implementation, and personal responsibility. Results depend on individual circumstances, relationship dynamics, readiness, and client participation.
Continued Work
Continued Work is available by invitation only for clients who have completed The Partnership Shift.
Continued Work may include individual private sessions or multi-session packages.
Refunds
Payments for Continued Work are non-refundable once the session or package has been purchased.
Rescheduling
Private sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows may be forfeited unless an emergency or service interruption applies.
Scheduling, Cancellations & Missed Sessions
Private sessions are scheduled through the designated scheduling system or client portal.
Please choose a time when you can be fully present, private, and uninterrupted.
If you need to reschedule, please do so with at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.
Sessions missed without notice may be considered forfeited.
Repeated rescheduling, missed sessions, or failure to participate may affect access to continued private work.
Deliverables
Some offers may include written deliverables, such as a Relationship Pattern Map or other written strategic summaries.
Unless otherwise stated, written deliverables are typically provided within 5 business days after the related private session.
Delivery timelines may be extended due to emergencies, illness, service interruptions, severe weather, power outages, internet outages, or other circumstances outside normal control.
No paid deliverable will be intentionally withheld, but delivery may be reasonably delayed when circumstances require it.
Scope of Services
Angelina Borak provides relationship strategy, relationship pattern analysis, private advisory support, and educational guidance.
This work is not therapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, crisis support, psychiatric care, or emergency intervention.
No service guarantees that a relationship will continue, improve, end, reconcile, or produce a specific outcome.
This work does not diagnose your partner, diagnose you, or replace support from licensed medical, mental health, legal, or financial professionals.
If you are in crisis, danger, or experiencing abuse, please contact appropriate emergency, crisis, legal, or local support resources.
Communication Boundaries
Client communication is intended for support related to the purchased service, scheduling, implementation, and client work.
Unless explicitly stated in writing, private services do not include 24/7 access, emergency support, crisis response, unlimited messaging, or immediate replies.
Messages will be reviewed and answered during reasonable working hours as availability allows.
Service Interruptions, Emergencies & Force Majeure
Because this work depends on private sessions, internet access, phone access, scheduling systems, payment processors, email delivery, website access, and clear communication, there may be rare situations where a session, deliverable, or communication response needs to be rescheduled or delayed due to circumstances outside either party’s control.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- hurricanes
- severe weather
- evacuation orders
- natural disasters
- power outages
- internet outages
- platform outages
- website issues
- scheduling system disruptions
- payment processor disruptions
- illness
- medical emergencies
- family emergencies
- other events that make it unreasonable or impossible to proceed as scheduled
If this occurs, any affected session, call, or deliverable will be rescheduled or completed as soon as reasonably possible.
No client will lose paid session time or paid access due to a legitimate service interruption.
If communication is temporarily delayed due to an emergency, outage, hurricane, or severe weather event, communication will resume as soon as safely and reasonably possible.
Technology & Platform Issues
Angelina Borak uses third-party tools and platforms for payment processing, forms, scheduling, email communication, and website hosting.
These tools may occasionally experience delays, outages, failed notifications, or technical issues.
If you believe a payment, form, scheduling link, email, or client access step did not work correctly, please contact Angelina Borak as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed.
No Outcome Guarantees
Relationship dynamics involve multiple people, circumstances, choices, histories, and levels of readiness.
While this work is designed to create clarity, strategy, and structural insight, no specific relationship outcome is guaranteed.
Results vary based on individual circumstances, client participation, implementation, relationship dynamics, and factors outside Angelina Borak’s control.

The version posted on this page is the current policy for purchases made through this website unless otherwise stated in a signed written agreement.
