Today is all about being kind.

There are three ways that you can practice acts of kindness today.

Kindness to yourself.

No self depreciating today. No mean girl. Do something nice for yourself.

Kindness to your friends and family.

Send a loving text. Tell how important they are. Give them 15 minutes of your time.

Kindness to strangers. 

Give them a friendly smile. Hold a door open. Be nice out in the world today (even if you’re only on Facebook today).

Change starts with one small step forward. 

How you treat yourself and others has ripple effects way past your little pond.

Today give the world a wave of loving kindness.
