Tuesday is the day that we deal with the little things that we have been putting off. Little things add up over time and make life feel stressful and chaotic. Procrastination always creates panic, that’s not euphoric!
Today spend 15 minutes checking off a few things that need to get so you can feel happier.
Examples:
Paying bills
Clean out or return email
Take action steps that move you closer to your goal achievement
Cleaning out the fridge
You know what you’re putting off, go get it done!
Procrastination is like a computer virus, it slowly eats up your memory until there’s nothing left.
