Dear New Flame,

Today we’re going to start creating baby steps for each of your goals.

Start by reading this.

Next make sure that you have broken your goals down into smaller goals especially the medium and large goals.

Figure out the baby steps that you need to do in order to achieve the first of your now smaller goals.

In your Journey Guide, add a monthly and weekly calendars.  Then write down the baby steps that you need to take this month to achieve those goals.

When you are setting up your baby steps, make sure that you are including all of your goals, the monthly, three to six month goals, and the yearly goal.

You’ll have to commit time to all of your goals during the week. If you over did it on how many goals you want to achieve, now is a good time to scale it back.
