Journey Direction for the week of 1 through 7 is Restoration.
During restoration week we’re working on your Love Locks. We have a tendency to carry around years of negative thoughts and beliefs about ourselves. Love Lock negatively impact your reality and relationships.
It took you years to build those Love Locks. Your daily quests this week will center on restoring you beliefs to positive, strong thoughts about yourself (your Authentic Self). By working on the daily quests during this week, you’ll start unlocking your Love Locks.
Don’t forget to select and write down your word for the week. If you don’t know what the word of the week is or need some inspiration go here.

It’s been a long week so time to make tonight a little special.
Give yourself a little TLC.
Grab some take-out and curl up on the couch with a good book or movie.
Take an Epsom salt bath with essential oils.
Go on Etsy and find some new clip art for your Journey Guide.
Spend the night playing games.
Shave your legs.
Spend time in nature.
Spend extra time doing your hobby.
If you can’t think of something, do the Loving Me Quest in the Journey Map!
Do anything as long as it’s special and fun. It doesn’t have to big, it can be one simple thing that makes you feel happy! Don’t over complicate it.Remember to KISS. Keep It Simple Sweetheart and just have a little fun!

Today is the day to set up your Journey Guide and plan for the week.
Without a plan, nothing would ever get done. Creating a euphoric life takes planning.
Here are some things to create a plan for:
What are your goals for the week and what days will you work on them?
What is your menu plan for the week and when do you need to go shopping?
What are you wearing this week and is the laundry done?
What are you rewarding yourself with this week from the Appreciation Plan?
Are you set up for your Healthy Habits? Water bottles, menu plan, exercise schedule, etc.
What will your TLC be for the week?
When will you do your Loving Me Quest this week?
Write it all down in your Journey Guide. Spend 15 minutes making a plan for the week. Remember progress not perfect. Get it done!
And then RELAX!

Go to church
Go for a nature walk
Center and ground yourself
Balance your chakras
Listen to music
Watch a spiritual show
Read books that inspire you
Break out the smudging sage
Recharge your crystals
Spend some time today doing connecting and let your spirit fly.

Tuesday is the day that we deal with the little things that we have been putting off. Little things add up over time and make life feel stressful and chaotic. Procrastination always creates panic, that’s not euphoric!
Today spend 15 minutes checking off a few things that need to get so you can feel happier.
Clean out or return email
Take action steps that move you closer to your goal achievement
Cleaning out the fridge
You know what you’re putting off, go get it done!
Procrastination is like a computer virus, it slowly eats up your memory until there’s nothing left.

Today is all about being kind.
There are three ways that you can practice acts of kindness today.
Kindness to yourself.
No self depreciating today. No mean girl. Do something nice for yourself.
Kindness to your friends and family.
Send a loving text. Tell how important they are. Give them 15 minutes of your time.
Kindness to strangers.
Give them a friendly smile. Hold a door open. Be nice out in the world today (even if you’re only on Facebook today).
Change starts with one small step forward.
How you treat yourself and others has ripple effects way past your little pond.
Today give the world a wave of loving kindness.
Can you imagine how this little baby step might make the world a better place?

The reason that we have desires, dreams, or goals is because we feel like we have a gap in our life…an unfilled space that we want to fill or experience.
Today let’s review our goals today and start using a system to achieve those goals.
GAPS is your map to your desire. You’ll fill the gaps in your life by effectively setting a goal, creating your action plan, installing your pillars, and scheduling your action steps.

It’s a simple system but effective!
Spend 15 minutes today creating your GAPS, planing, and taking action steps to achieve your goals.

In November our Journey of the Month is Progress!
In August we created Awareness.
In September we took that awareness and turn it into new goals.
Last month was about creating a better environment using pillars.
This month is about progress not perfection.
The holidays are coming and the end of the year is close.
While a lot of people starting to put off their goals and wait until until next year year to achieve something, I don’t want you to do that. Instead, I want you to keep taking baby steps toward the goal you set up in September.
In order to do that you really must adopt the idea of progress not perfection.
You have the choice to accept the holiday slack off or keep taking baby steps.
If you keep taking baby steps you’ll be 8 weeks further along next year. While everyone else is trying to recover and catch up on their goals, you’ll be finishing your goals, setting up your next round of goals, and be living your euphoric life.
Not you mention there won’t be any back sliding. You’ll hit the new year running.
Commit to working on your goals for 15 minutes a day.
If you can’t do 15 minutes because of the holidays, work on your goals for 7 minutes a day.
Just keep taking baby steps.
