Journey Direction for the week of February 1 through 7 is Restoration.

This week we are working on how you see and feel about yourself.  We have a tendency to carry around years of negative thoughts and beliefs about ourselves. We call those thoughts beliefs Love Locks at the Euphoric Life Journey. Those Love Locks impact our reality and our relationships.

It took you years to build those Love Locks.  By using baby steps, consistency, and progress not perfection, you’ll be able to unlock those Love Locks. Your daily quests this week will center on restoring you beliefs to positive, strong thoughts about yourself (the real you).

Sneak Peek of The Week Ahead

Daily Quest – We’re going to kick off the start of restoration week with a reward. The reward is just because. You earned it because you are you. What do want or want to do that you’ve been putting off.

This doesn’t have to be extravagant like a trip around the world or a million dollar pair of shoes. hahaha.

It could be a a book, a pair of socks, a pedicure, or a new unicorn for your unicorn collection.

Maybe it’s not something that costs any money. Maybe it’s just giving yourself some time, shaving your legs, a bubble bath, or making a nice meal for yourself instead of eating over the stove.

Day Theme – Date Night

It’s been a long week so time to make tonight a little special.

Take yourself on a date.  Go out someplace fun or grab some take-out and curl up on the couch with a good book or movie. Do anything as long as it’s special and fun.  It doesn’t have to big, it can be one simple thing that makes you feel happy! Don’t over complicate it.

If you can’t think of something, do the Loving Me Quest!

Monday February 4, 2019

Daily Quest – Love Locks. Let’s think about them today! When you’re in in that yucky, nothing feels good place, what do you say quietly about yourself?  Hint: I usually starts of with I’m (stupid, ugly, fat, unlovable, etc.). Now ask yourself, would you say that to your mom, daughter, or best friend?

Why is it okay to say it to yourself?

Day Theme – Appreciation Plan

On Mondays, we do the weekly Appreciation Plan. The week is just starting out and there isn’t a better time to make yourself feel like a million bucks so that you’re the happiest and most productive self for the week ahead.

Daily Quest –  When was the last time that you actually felt complete and total love for yourself?

For many women they started losing that acceptance and love in elementary school. In fact 97% women have negative thoughts and beliefs about themselves everyday.

Today’s quest is exploring what you get out of these negative thoughts and beliefs (Love Locks).  What is your pay off?

How does that pay off create a euphoric life for you?


Day Theme – Procrastination 

Tuesday is the day that we deal with the little things that we have been putting off. Those little things add up over time and make life feel stressful and chaotic.

Today spend 15 minutes checking off those little things.


Wednesday February 6, 2019

Daily Quest – Today let’s think about why being kind to your kiddos, friends, family and co-workers is the norm but not the norm when it comes to yourself.

If you’re grumpy, short, or do something that isn’t good for them you apologize. Yet when you do the same things to yourself it’s okay, it’s nothing.

How would the 5 year old you feel about the way you treat the now you?

Write a note from your 5 year old self in your Journey Guide.

Day Theme – Acts of Kindness 

Small acts of kindness ripple out into the world in amazing and unexpected ways. Creating change and a euphoric life is about small steps that have huge impact. By being kind you’re not only helping yourself but all the people in your life and all the people in their live. A little ripple can turn into a wave.

Today look for ways to be kind to yourself, friends and family, and strangers.

Daily Quest – Today’s quest is to set a goal of noticing what triggers your attack on yourself?

Is it when you get dressed?

When you think about dating?

When you think about advancing in your career?

Awareness heals. When you know your triggers, you can start to work with them. Not avoid them but sooth them.

Record the attacks in your Journey Guide.


Day Theme – Gold Stars

Goals don’t achieve themselves.

Today let’s review our goals and spend 15 minutes taking a baby steps to completing them.

When you’re done, place a gold star in your Journey guide!  Way to make your Flame burn bright!
