Journey Direction for the week of April 22nd through 28th is the Route Check.

The first three weeks of every month we focus on either restoration, reality, or relationships.

The Route Check week is our week to address any unfinished business for the month, add an extra does of effort to one of those areas, create awareness, or plan for the coming month.

Monday April 22, 2019

Daily Quest – This is Route Check Week! Which means that we are dealing with the end of the month and some accountability.  Let me ask you some questions? 

Are you doing the Appreciation Plan?

Are you doing the Three Time Two everyday?

To break through Love Locks you’ll have to work on building yourself up. It’s easy to rip yourself apart. It’s much harder to build yourself up because you aren’t in the habit of praising yourself..  It’s your birthright to feel good about yourself.

It might seem overly simple but it works because it helps shift your mindset which helps to create new habits. Get to it today!

Day Theme – Appreciation Plan

On Mondays, we do the weekly Appreciation Plan. The week is just starting out and there isn’t a better time to make yourself feel like a million bucks so that you’re the happiest and most productive self for the week ahead.

Daily Quest -Route Check is actually an accountability week for all of us. Did you get everything done this month that you needed  and that you wanted to get done? 

If not Why?

Did you forget?

Is the goal too big?

Are Love Locks getting in your way?

Are you making things too hard?

Today is the day to evaluate your progress and determine if you need to make adjustments.

Day Theme – Procrastination 

Tuesday is the day that we deal with the little things that we have been putting off. Those little things add up over time and make life feel stressful and chaotic.

Today spend 15 minutes checking off those little things.

Daily Quest – Goals! Today let’s see how you did on your goals for the month! 

Did you make progress. I’m not talking perfection. I’m talking progress.

For example, if your goal was to lose weight, did you? I’m not talking about the 10 pounds you hoped to lose. I’m talking about the 3 pounds that you did drop. That’s progress.

Even a centimeter forward is progress.  That progress needs to be celebrated.  What most of us do is morn the fact that we didn’t lose the full 10 pounds an beat ourselves up instead of celebrating the progress!

Breaking Love Locks is a process and you can’t keep using old habits of perfection. It’s time to start celebrating progress.

Day Theme – Acts of Kindness 

Small acts of kindness ripple out into the world in amazing and unexpected ways. Creating change and a euphoric life is about small steps that have huge impact. By being kind you’re not only helping yourself but all the people in your life and all the people in their live. A little ripple can turn into a wave.

Today look for ways to be kind to yourself, friends and family, and strangers.

Daily Quest – I love planning for a new month. It’s like a clean slate. Today, it’s time to decide what your goals are for next month. Write’em down ladies! Let’ try to set goals that are based on progress not perfection and use KISS The Baby Daily method. 

Let’s set reasonable goals for next month.

Not dream goals. You know those goals that if everything goes exactly right, the stars align perfectly, and a fairy godmother appears you’ll achieve them. And then when you don’t you beat yourself up or give up. Yeah, not those goals. Don’t you dare write those goals down.

Write goals that you CAN achieve. A few steps forward not an entire marathon (unless running a marathon is a piece of cake for you).

Goals don’t achieve themselves.

Today let’s review our goals and spend 15 minutes taking a baby steps to completing them.

Daily Quest – This is Route Check Week. Today, let’s create a little awareness!

This exercise is not to be used to beat yourself up. I repeat DO NOT use this as a weapon.

On a scale of 1 to 10 how did you do in these categories?

Restoration – Did you work on feeling better about yourself?

Reality – Did you do things this month to make your reality better?

Relationships – Did you strengthen your relationships this month?

The Single Girl’s Euphoric life is about improving these three areas using progress not perfection, consistency, and baby steps.

Use these scores to create awareness and focus for April!

Day Theme – Date Night

It’s been a long week so time to make tonight a little special.

Take yourself on a date.  Go out someplace fun or grab some take-out and curl up on the couch with a good book or movie. Do anything as long as it’s special and fun.  It doesn’t have to big, it can be one simple thing that makes you feel happy! Don’t over complicate it.

If you can’t think of something, do the Loving Me Quest!

Daily Quest – No quests on the weekends but this is the last weekend in this month and it’s Route Check week. So this is a great weekend to finish up and projects, goals, or plans for the month.

Today is the day to set up your Journey Guide and plan for the week. Spend 15 minutes setting up your Journey Guide for the week.


Sunday April  28, 2019

Daily Quest – No quests on the weekends but this is the last Sunday for the month. Today is a great day to think about what you want to achieve next month. Maybe work on those Love Locks, get your Journey Guide set up, or plan some date nights (date nights aren’t just for romantic partners)  for next month.

Today is the day to renew and strengthen your spirit.

Spend some time today doing something that makes your spirit fly.

Monthly Habit

The Journey for the month of April is the Euphoric Morning Routine


How you start your morning sets the tone for the entire day.


Euphoric Morning

Get up 15 minutes earlier – Getting up a few minutes earlier, you give yourself a few minutes of breathing time.

How will you implement your word of the week today? – Planning and baby steps my dear flame is how we turn our lives into a euphoric experience. You picked a word that you wanted to become your reality and that takes action. Figure out how you are going to incorporate that word into your life today.

3 Nice things about yourself – Why not start the day feeling good about who you are?

Eat a healthy breakfast – Fuel your body so that it can help you create your euphoric life.

Clean up after yourself – You don’t want to return home or work in a home all day that feels messy. That’s not euphoric! Spend 5 to 15 minutes tidying up.

Read your Journey Notes– Now that your up and at them it’s time to check your email and read your Journey Notes. Please don’t open your email or social media until you’re already up and at it. Studies have shown that if we read email or get on social media when we first wake up, it changes our brains to a reactive state instead of a calm and action orientated state.
