Journey Direction for the week of February 15 through 21 is Relationships.

 

During restoration week we develop your relationship with yourself which leads to an improved reality. However, no woman is an island. We not only need but depend on our relationships with others.

This week we are developing your external relationships. Those relationships include your kids, family, friends, and the finally the wildcard (finding your perfect partner).  As you know there are no guarantees in love or finding love but The Euphoric Life Journey helps to give you the best chance at finding your perfect partner.

This week I want you to conscientiously create opportunities to strengthen your current relationships.

Daily Quest – It’s the end of the week! Today spend 15 minutes returning email, texts, or phone calls. If you’re all caught up, spend 15 minutes reaching out to your people and wish them a happy weekend.

Don’t forget to check your online dating sites for any emails that you might have forgotten about or send a few flirts out.

Day Theme – Date Night

It’s been a long week so time to make tonight a little special.

Take yourself on a date.  Go out someplace fun or grab some take-out and curl up on the couch with a good book or movie. Do anything as long as it’s special and fun.  It doesn’t have to big, it can be one simple thing that makes you feel happy! Don’t over complicate it.

If you can’t think of something, do the Loving Me Quest!

Monday March 18, 2019

Daily Quest – Let’s talk about feeling taken for granted. It’s not uncommon to feel that we’re being taken for granted by our kids, co-workers, friends, and family.  This is a big subject but we’re not going to tackle all of it today.

If you’re feeling taken for granted there are two ways to deal with it.

  1. Accept it – Meaning your three or thirteen-year- old will take you for granted. It’s just their kiddo selfish nature. Other people are sometimes too busy to acknowledge your contribution. However, how you choose to think about it is your choice. You can let it bother you or you can let it roll off you. The worst use of your energy is to stay in a negative cycle that weakens you.
  2. You can set healthy boundaries for yourself. The boundaries are for you not them. People can’t and won’t change because you want them too. You have to take care of yourself and that includes setting boundaries for yourself and your actions.

Today, if you’re feeling taken for granted make a change. Accept it or set a boundary for yourself.

This applies to any negative feeling you’re having about other people. You can’t change them, you can only change how you choose to think about the interaction or what actions you take. Allowing them to trigger your Love Locks takes away from your energy reserves and you’re the one that pays the price.

On Mondays, we do the weekly Appreciation Plan. The week is just starting out and there isn’t a better time to make yourself feel like a million bucks so that you’re the happiest and most productive self for the week ahead.

Daily Quest – What are you putting off in your relationships, dating, or online dating?

All relationships require action.  Today take some action toward improving your relationships by doing the thing you’ve been putting off.

Are you putting off texting or emailing someone?

Maybe you’re putting off updating your profiles, signing up for an online site, or asking a tough question to a potential partner?

Today spend 15 minutes taking action and get this done!

Day Theme – Procrastination 

Tuesday is the day that we deal with the little things that we have been putting off. Those little things add up over time and make life feel stressful and chaotic.

Today spend 15 minutes checking off those little things.

 

Wednesday March 20, 2019

Daily Quest – Today spend 15 minutes or less making someone else’s day better.  Seriously, look for a way to make your family, friends, co-workers, or strangers day a little better and brighter.

Say one nice thing, open a door, leave a note about how amazing someone is.

These little acts add up, they create stronger bonds, and they make everyone feel warm and fuzzy!

Day Theme – Acts of Kindness 

Small acts of kindness ripple out into the world in amazing and unexpected ways. Creating change and a euphoric life is about small steps that have huge impact. By being kind you’re not only helping yourself but all the people in your life and all the people in their live. A little ripple can turn into a wave.

Today look for ways to be kind to yourself, friends and family, and strangers.

 

Thursday March 21, 2019

Daily Quest – Let’s think of one small goal you have for your relationships today. Write that goal down in your Journey Guide and create an action plan for it.

Keep it small.

Do you want to do more with online dating?

Do you want to go to lunch with a co-worker more often?

Do you want to spend more time reading to your kiddo?

Whatever it is, write it down, create your action steps, and schedule it in your Journey Guide.

Day Theme – Gold Stars

Goals don’t achieve themselves.

Today let’s review our goals and spend 15 minutes taking a baby steps to completing them.

When you’re done, place a gold star in your Journey guide!  Way to make your Flame burn bright!
