Journey Guide Step 3

This is the basic routine for The Euphoric Life Journey.  All of the pages in the weekly are good pages to laminate or put in a page protector and use dry erase markers on.

Euphoric Morning

  • Get up 15 minutes earlier
  • How will you implement your word of the week today?
  • 3 Nice things about yourself
  • Eat a healthy breakfast
  • Clean up after yourself
  • Read your Journey Notes

Euphoric Day

  • Daily Quest
  • Work on the Monthly Journey
  • Goal Action Steps
  • Eat Lunch

Euphoric Night

  • Eat dinner
  • Double check your Journey Notes
  • Get ready for the next day
  • Tidy your home 10 minutes
  • Go to bed 15 minutes earlier
  • Write in your Journey Guide

Now add in the other things that you need to do in the morning, during the day, and at night.

You’ll get a weekly email from me that will remind you to get these done but you’ll need to set up reminders so that you get these things done everyday!

The Flames usually set up there reminders like this.

They use Google calendar and notifications. They add each item to their calendar and then send notifications to their phones at the times that they want to start these activities.


They use the Journey Guide and check off the list frequently throughout the day.

OR they use a combination of the two systems.

Set up your daily routine however works best for you. Just remember to get it done everyday. Progress not perfection.
